Recently, the epidemic has continued to see multi-point outbreaks in many provinces and cities across the country. We have been responding to the epidemic prevention policies of the government and the CDC, and are doing our best to meet the maintenance and calibration needs of our customers while ensuring the health and safety of every employee, and every employee is actively cooperating and contributing what they can.

However, due to the recent rapid development of the epidemic, our pipette service centre in Beijing has had to temporarily suspend its normal operation for a period of time, and for this reason, we will make the following adjustments to our pipette after-sales service in Northern China.

1. Pipettes that have not yet been sent can be temporarily sent to our pipette service centre in Shanghai at the following address

2. For pipettes that have been sent to the Pipette Service Centre in Beijing, we will be at your service as soon as they are unpacked at your location.
